How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

B360Hobbies is not responsible for any manufacturer defects. Defects including but not limited to, paint quality, paint color, scratch marks, glue marks, imperfections, stop running for any reason, etc. Products with these issues and others should be returned to the manufacturer since they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Defective Digital Command Control (DCC) products including locomotives with decoders must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement (unless installed by B360 Hobbies)

If the manufacturer is unable to repair or replace the item, then contact B360 Hobbies. We will require the RA # from the manufacturer when returning a damaged item to us.
We accept select items for returns, exchange or refund within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.

Items must be in "new, working, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • all parts and accessories must be present
Please note that all products are inspected, Tested and photographed with a time date stamp prior to shipping.

Additional Refund requirements
  • within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • The returned item(s) must also include the original box and packing material
  • We will not accept any altered items for returns or exchanges
  • Replacements, exchanges and/or credits will be shipped / processed once we receive the returned item(s)
  • No refunds will be issued on pre-ordered items once payment has been taken.
  • No returns or refunds on special order or custom order items.
  • Any items returned that have not received an approved RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Customer must contact B360Hobbies via email for a Return Authorization number.

If an item is received damaged due to being incorrectly packaged by us please contact B360 Hobbies immediately.
If an item is damaged by the shipping company, you will need to contact the shipping company. We are not responsible for shipping damage.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 18% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY eligible item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
