Pre-Orders (PO) and Back Orders (BO) are available for select products that are not currently in stock; as well as items that have not been released yet.

* If your order contains items that are both in stock as well as Backordered or Pre-Ordered items, Your in stock items will ship within our normal shipping window, and additional shipping and handling charges will be applied when your B/O items are shipped. To avoid additional shipping charges, always make sure to order P/O or B/O separately from in stock items when placing an order.

* You will not be charged for the Pre-Order items until we have received confirmation from the manufacturer that the items are ready to ship to B360 Hobbies.
You will be contacted via email for confirmation that you still want pre-ordered item, and will have 48 hours to respond. After 48 hours, we will cancel your order.

* We normally do not require a deposit or payment in full on any pre-order / backorder product, however we reserve the right to require a deposit or payment in full on any pre-ordered items without notice.

* Deposits / Pre-Payments are non-refundable. However, you will receive it back in the form of a store credit only.

Due to the nature of the Model Railroad business, it is possible that your request for Backordered or Pre-Ordered item may take a substantial amount of time to fill or may be canceled without notice. This is the only time that a pre-paid deposit will be refunded.

For Pre-Orders and Back-Orders, if a manufacturer increases our cost of the product, we reserve the right to increase your cost. You will be notified before we ship the item if you still want the product, you pre-ordered.
